Water Counter Automation System
In the
context of Prepaid Water Sale System that is implemented by VERİSİS A.Ş. for
SAYOT A.Ş. and used at Çanakkale, subscription transactions, management of job
orders that make water and counter operations carried out and subsystems and
applications software implemented for tracking stock movements of smart card
water counters take place.
Following subsystems are in the context of Prepaid Water Sale System.
- Pre-ASS (Prepaid Subscriber Water Sale System): It provides subscription transactions like subscription register, agreement creation, unsubscription, card preparation transactions, composing of asset/liability to customers, replying subscriber applications (card broken, counter broken, rejection, etc.) and operations covering water sale are carried out.
- Pre-İYS (Prepaid Job Order Management System): It provides fulfillment of water opening – water closing, counter connect – counter disconnect, fault correcting and inspection related operations and tracking of time spent for job orders and equipments.
- Pre-Stock (Prepaid Water Counters Stock System): It makes keeping of every counter definition, recording of counter operations to they system.
Following application software are implemented to used by users at different kinds of authorization level that give subscription services, actualize water sale and handle secure operations to perform the functions of these subsystems:
- Prepaid Water Sale System: Subscription and card transactions in context of Pre-ASS contains all software that provide all functions of Pre-IYS and Pre-Stock to be carried out.
- Water Sale: It is the application software that is used on cash offices where water sale transactions are made.
- Water Sale Cash Office Monitoring: It is the software that provides monitoring of sales and incomes at cash offices and can be used only by authorized user.
- Counter Preparation: It is the software that can be used only by authorized user in purpose of assigning counter numbers and passwords that will be connected to the subscribers.
Structure of Prepaid Water Sale System Application Software
Relations of functions in context of the system are shown at the drawings behind. As it can be seen from the drawings, general definitions containg data used by all subsystems.
Counter data is being used by Subscription Transactions, counter situations are being affected in result of counter transactions made by Job Order Management system. Job orders are generated as subscription transactions occur, water and counter states at subscriber change as job orders close.
Besides water sale at Water Sale Cash Office, assets/liabilities composed by subscription transactions or job order management system are close, job orders are generated if needed by warnings from subscriber card.
Prepaid Water Sale System Applicaiton Flow
Application starts with entering counters to customer stocks and making counter definitions. Once the counters are defined in the system, outgoing (sale) of counter to the customer is made for registering subscription. After the subscriber (address) is recorded to the system, the card for this subscriber is prepared and the counter is connected.
Water sale transactions are handled to the customer whose counter is connected; meanwhile, water closing - water opening at the area, counter change, counter disconnect - counter connect transactions are done.
In the case of unsubscribing customer or entering a new customer to the same address (subscriber), related subscription transactions and counter disconnect – counter connect operations required by these transactions are handled.
