Main Modules of Verisis RMMS
1. Order
It is the section where purchase and sale order transactions are made.
Information like order date, delivery date, customer info, delivery method,
delivery country, etc. are kept in order basic information. Orders can be
inited as YTL, Dollars or Euro.
2. Shipping
It is the section where shipping transactions of orders are made. RMMS software
has weigh-bridge integration. Loading orders are made according to orders.
3. Stock
Transfer and Exclusive Weighing
It is the section where warehouse orders that require weigh-bridge operation
are given with stock transfer transactions made between production centers.
4. Current
It is the sections where consignment and invoiced current accounts with bank, customer
are tracked. All bank input-outputs are tracked via this section.
5. Consignment
It is the module where process of consignment is made taking weigh-bridge slips
created during purchase shippings as basis.
6. Invoice
It is the section where invoices like entrance, exit, exportation, importation,
export registered, custom, warehouse, cost difference, etc. are made out.
Exportation and export registered invoicing on the GTIP basis can be made out
from shipping or order.
7. Stock
It is the section where stock tracking is made. Stocks can be tracked
separately as actual or usable stock.
8. Production
It is the section where production plans and production realization are
tracked. Production plan with the shortest being 1 week can be made in RMMS
software. Different production plans are made for different production centers.
Production transactions are added to meet production plan, stock or debt list. By-product
definitions with rolling machine piece, tufal and junk rates are made
periodically in this section. Product realization and distribution of
production to orders are implemented.
9. Warehouse
It is the section where warehouse orders, shippings, consignments and invoices
are tracked.
10. Exportation
It is the section where consentive lists and customs declarations are tracked.
Consentives can be tracked as price and tonnage.
11. Exit
Control
It is section where all incoming and outgoing trailers of factory area due to
weigh-bridge processes are controlled and control information is registered to
the system. Barcode integration is available.
12. Integration
It is the section where debit note slips are generated daily for sale invoices,
purchase invoices, raw material invoices, bank entries and bank exits and
integration with accounting programmes like Link, Logo, Likom, etc. are made.
13. Turnover
It is the section where annual turnovers are made.
14. Definitions
It is the section where information to be used in the RMMS software commonly
are defined.
15. Users
RMMS software users and authorizations are defined in this section.
