Komple Document Management System
KOMPLE.doc is an organizational document management system solution integrated with digital signature where tracking and searching processes of all documents incoming from and outgoing to organizations/enterprises and starting of workflows defined by requirements of these documents can be followed.
It consists of 6 Integrated Modules;
Document Tracking
It is the
module in KOMPLE.doc product family where all processes like generating
documents in the organization and changes on these, approval, routing,
distribution, archiving are executed. With Document Tracking, Processes on
documents can be watched with details, task assignments can be made for works
to be done required by documents, necessary workflow can be inited and tracked.
Task Tracking
Tasks that
organization employees are responsible to do, which documents these tasks are
started with, how much time they will be completed in, what phase the task is
and how much they are completed are tracked with Task Tracking module of
KOMPLE.doc product family. With the module, warning discipline required of task
is set up and generated documents during the task are tracked.
Human Resources
It is the
module in KOMPLE.doc product family where organization structure and personnel
are defined, personnel identity information are kept and all personnel
transactions are done from applying to quitting. In Human Resources module,
training, travel and permits of personnel are planned and related work flows
are executed.
Address Book
Address
Book, which makes organizational address book to live in electronic
environment, is the module in KOMPLE.doc product family where all people and
companies related with the organization are defined, person-company relations
are built and revision inspected supplier's lists are generated. With Address
Book, personel address book for staff can be made as well as shared address
database for whole organization can be generated.
Exchange Rate Tracking
It is the
module in KOMPLE.doc product family where currencies are defined and exchange
rates are kept up to date. Rate Tracking modul makes defining exchange buying
places possible and provides rate changes to be watched hour by hour.
Phone-Message Tracking
Messages
corresponding to phone calls of the organization or the personnel working in
the organization are recorded with Phone-Message Tracking module and are
reported by classifying according to organizations requirements.
