Integrated Poeltry Management System

ChickenETYIS System is designed specifically for Integrated Chicken Farmers consists eight main modules :

User Module :

This is the module where ETYIS system users and user priviliges are defined. User definitions are created as database user on Microsoft SQL Server. 3 level authorization can be made :

  • Modules that the user is authorized
  • Sections inside modules thath the user is authorized
  • User transaction priviliges (Save, Delete, Modify, Report)

User transactions can be queried besides user definitions via this module. Log of all saving, modifying and deleting transactions in ETYIS system are kept on user and time-hour basis. Old and new versions of records modified by the user can be monitored.

Definitions Module :

All definitions used in ETYIS system can be made through this module. Common system definitions are as follows:

Chicken Farm

 

Stud Module :

ETYIS Stud transactions are done by this module. It consists of 3 sub sections of definitions, transactions and reports. 

Definitions :

It is the sub section where definitions about stud module are made. It covers transactions below : 

Stud Race Definitions :

Weigh changes of stud races, death rates, feed chart, brood efficiency, egg efficiency and egg weight catalog values are defined. All values are made on age. Values that serve as basis to the company itself are also defined besides catalog values. Numbers gathered through monitoring can be reported comparatively with catalog and company numbers.

Rooster/Chicken Rates :

It is the section where the age and rate of rooster and chicken to be kept at stud coops are defined.

Stud Coops :

It is the section where stud coop definitions are made. Physical information like width, length, height, etc. of the coop can be defined. Plus, infrastructure information like footing, air condition, isolation of the coop are defined.

Transactions :

It is the section where stud herd entry and transfer, daily or weekly monitoring and purchase and sales are tracked. 

Herd Entry and Transfer :

Stud herd entries, transfers between coops are tracked via this section. In which coop the herd entered is kept, amounts of entered, died, selled and bought roosters and chickens at every coop can be tracked with detail.

Weekly Herd Monitoring :

It is the section where weekly monitoring information about stud herds are recorded. All monitoring information are compared with catalog and company values defined in stud race definitions and deviations are shown on screen. Rooster and chicken counts at the date of coop monitoring and died, selled, bought animal counts from the first entry date are displayed. Separate monitoring information for each coop can be entered. Monitoring information consists of data below :

  • Rooster death rate, selection amount, live weight, feed amount

  • Stud Purchase/Sale :

It is the section where rooster and chicken amounts purchased from or selled to stud coops.

Broodhouse Module :

ETYIS Broodhouse transactions are made via this module. It covers 3 sub sections of definitions, transactions and reports.

Definitions :

It is the sub module where definitions about broodhouse module are made. Covers transaction below. 

  • Broodhouse Definitions :

It is the section where broodhouse definitions are made. Fertilization and brood efficiency of broodhouse for every stud race can be defined by age.

Transactions :

It is the section where broodhouse transactions are tracked.

  • Egg Entry :

It is the section where eggs that are sent daily from stud coops and eggs purchased outside if exists are entered.

  • Selection :

It is the section where daily winnowing movements of eggs that started brooding on stud herd basis are tracked. Egg entered can be winnowed as dirty, clavam, culinary, broken or garbage.

  • Pressing to Outside :

If there are eggs to be pressed from ready eggs to outside broodhouse at the end of selection , it is recorded via this section.

  • Selling to Outside :

If there are eggs to be selled from ready eggs at the end of selection , it is recorded via this section. Egg sale may also be from eggs which selection is made.

  • Pressing :

It is the section where press transaction of press-ready egg left from selection, pressing to outside and selling to outside transactions. Press date and press hour are recorded. Information about broodhouse like first entry date, first press date, last entry date, last press date and last outgoing date are displayed on the screen. Approximate broodhouse efficiency and exit amount are displayed according to the race and age of stud herd.

  • Fertility :

Fertility of the stud herd can be calculated by this section.

  • Chick Exiting :

It is the section where eventuating exit due to result of press transaction is recorded. Chicks exited are put through assembled or femaile-male separative selection process. Also, vaccines done to chicks exited are recorded. Deviation according to efficiency value defined in exit power, real efficiency and broodhouse definitions are displayed on the screen. 

Reports :

Following reports can be generated in broodhouse module :

  • All broodhouse transactions can be reported daily, collective or herd separated.
  • Stud herd and broodhouse separated daily egg exiting report in a date interval.
  • Vaccine transactions.
  • Broodhouse efficiency evaluation.

 

Broiler Module :

ETYIS Broiler transactions are done via this module. It consists of 3 sub sections of definitions, transactions and reports.

Definitions :

It is the sub section where definitions about broiler module are made. Covers following processes :

  • Broiler Feeding Chart :

It is the section where how much feed the broiler race will eat at what age are defined. It can be done separated as female, male or mixed. Company's own values can be also be defined besides catalog values.

  • Broiler Race Definitions :

It is the section where FCR, death rate, weight change values of the broiler race according to age are recorded.

  • Broiler Coop Definitions :

It is the section where broiler coop definitions are made. Infrastructure information like width, length, height, animal count per squaremeter, total capacity, lighting amount, silo feeding through amount, generator capacity, death pit and footing, air condition and isolation of the coop are defined.

Transactions :

It is the section where broiler transactions are tracked. 

  • Carrying Consignments :

It is the section where transporting transactions of chicks growed from broodhouse and chicks bought from outside to farmers are recorded. Defined vehicles and drivers are selected from definitions part. Also, the vehicle's exit kilometer is recorded. Exiting numbers and remained amount of broodhouse presses are displayed on the screen.

  • Distribution to Farmers :

It is the section where chicks recorded with carrying consignments are distributed to the farmers. Vehicle's arrival kilometer is recorded for every farmer. Gender separated distribution can be done. Working principle of the farmer is selected at this phase. Farmers can work custom or invoiced.

  • Broiler Monitoring :

Broiler monitoring information is recorded daily via this section. Deviation of broiler race from catalog or company values are displayed on the screen. Monitoring information consists of following data :

Slaughter Module :

ETYIS Slaughterhouse transactions are done via this module. It consists of 3 sub sections of definitions, transactions, farmer account and reports. 

Definitions :

Slaughterhouse definitions are done in this section.

 

Transactions :

It is the section where transaction in slaughter module are tracked.

  • Daily Slaughter Entry :

Daily entries to slaughterhouse are recorded via this section. Slaughter transaction can be inited from farmer, live purchase connection or chicks sold outside. Live weight, total amount and death count are recorded at slaughter transaction.

  • Selling Outside :

It is the section where animals that are not slaughtered but sold outside live are recorded.

 

Farmer Account :  

It is the section where accounting takes place with farmers working custom or invoiced. Covers following sub sections.

  • Price Entry :

It contains chick, living and feed list by date.

  • Vaccine/Medicine Price Entry :

It contains vaccine and medicine price list by date.

  • Farmer Account Entry :

It is the section where periodical farmer fees are calculated according to company criteria.

Following reports can be generateed from the slaughter module : 

  • Daily slaughter report
  • Slaughter report according to carrying vehicle
  • Farmer account report
  • Slaughter evaluation reports according to area, farmer, stud race or age
  • Slaughter reports according to average weight and average age

Feed Module :

ETYIS feed transactions are done via this module. Feed types and feed amounts that are sent to and returned from stud and broiler coops or transferred between coops are recorded in this section. Silo or sack separation can be made at feed transfers. All feed transactions are reported via this section.

Planning Module :

ETYIS planning transactions are done via this module. Daily, weekly, monthly and annual chick, feed and slaughter programme is done in this section. Also, stud, egg, chick, living purchase and sale programmes for future are defined in this section.
