CV bankOur Human Resources Module has the quality of a CV bank. Detailed information of candidates applied to company including references are kept in our module together with the CV's prepared in digital environment by candidates. In this way, easier reach to recorded CV's and qualified candidates is possible.

Recorded candidates can be grouped and monitored by sector and category.Personnel requests coming from companies/organizations units/sub companies are forwarded to human resources department authorities via email. Authorized person can respond to the personnel request in short time and can access retroactive personnel requests with a search in the programme. Our module also has a section which keeps information, results and comments of interviews done with the candidates. Generation of a thanking or denial letter is possible from the programme according to interview results.

Human resources module provides cvs that are negative referenced inside or outside of the company to be kept under the name of black list, besides its CV bank functions. Thereby, when such a cv is confronted, it will be seen as on black list.

Human Resources module can also send mail based on sector or candidate. Logs are kept on the systeme related to mails sent. Candidates registered to Human Resources module are displayed in most of the lists as being easily accessible to qualified candidates. Qualified candidates can be found by searching with fulltext search function of the module.
